TV: "Great Day"

We learned that one key reason people play the lottery is because they look forward to winning. That the time between buying your ticket and finding out if you won is when your dreams are still alive. So we used that knowledge to create interest in a new game, Quick Draw, and drive ticket sales: every day you miss out on a Quick Draw ticket, is a day you miss out on the excitement of knowing you could win.

Imagine one of your worst days ever. Street puddles in your face. Careless barbers. A disintegrating briefcase. But none of it fazes you because you could be within 24 hours of being a three-hundred-thousandaire. This...is a Quick Draw day.

In the end, The Lottery more than doubled its launch goal of $3 million with $6.9 million in sales. And the client, who described herself as having very high expectations, admitted those expectations were exceeded as well.

About Hoosier Lottery
The Hoosier Lottery began selling lottery tickets on October 13, 1989, after a majority of Indiana citizens voted "yes" on a 1988 voter referendum. Even though our games may come and go, our goal has remained the same: to raise money for the State of Indiana and its residents.
